2. Products and availability

We offer building sets across a range of themes, including original designs, designs by partner designers, MOC products, and licensed collaborations. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Use of the website

a. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you may use the website and place orders only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the purchase.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.

c. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including distributing malicious software, attempting unauthorised access, or infringing our intellectual property.

4. Pricing and payment

a. Prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any customs duties are indicated separately and explained in our Shipping Policy.

b. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price applicable to that order. We accept the payment methods provided at checkout.

c. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of availability, pricing or information errors, or suspected fraud. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns, refunds, and right of withdrawal

c. Certain products, including MOC products supplied as digital files and goods made to your specifications, are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as set out in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

7. Damaged or missing items

a. If your set arrives damaged or with missing pieces, email us at info@24builds.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange replacement pieces or a replacement set as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

a. All content on this site, including product designs, logos, images, text, building instructions, and software, is the property of 24builds, GABRIELBARQUIN OÜ, or their respective licensors and designers, and is protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. This does not extend to third-party trademarks or designs that may be referenced descriptively, which remain the property of their respective owners. 9. Limitation of liability

a. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

b. Subject to paragraph (a), and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

c. Subject to paragraph (a), our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GABRIELBARQUIN OÜ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of our website. This paragraph does not apply to consumers acting outside their trade, business, or profession, except in respect of losses caused by their own fraud or unlawful conduct.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

a. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

b. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
