The subscription include all models in the store?
Yes, the subscription grants access to all models in our store. You can choose between two types of subscriptions:
- Mystery Car Subscription: Includes only car models.
- Mystery Build Subscription: Includes all products available in our store.
Can I receive a duplicate model?
No, you will not receive a duplicate model. We personally ensure that each month you receive a new and unique model. If you placed any orders before subscribing, we will review them to ensure that you do not receive a model you've already received.
What day of the month will I receive my model?
You will receive your model on the same day each month that you started your subscription. For example, if you subscribe on the 20th, you will receive your model on the 20th of every month.
Can I pause or change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can easily pause, upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime through your account dashboard. Flexibility is part of the experience.
Are the models in the Mystery Club different from the regular store?
Yes — some are the same as the store, but subscribers also get early access to unreleased designs and exclusive collector's editions not available elsewhere.
