Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases. It should be read together with our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

 

1. Subscriptions

1.1. When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you are charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

1.2. Our subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.

1.3. Before each renewal charge, we will send you a reminder by email so that you have the opportunity to cancel or make changes before you are billed.

1.4. To cancel or change your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or your account's subscription section. If you need help, contact us and we will assist you.

1.5. Cancelling stops future renewals and deliveries. A delivery that has already been prepared or shipped before your cancellation cannot be stopped, but you may return it in accordance with our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

1.6. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your right of withdrawal applies to your first delivery: you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

 

2. Pre-orders

2.1. When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in inventory but is soon to be available. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, and we store your payment method to charge any remaining balance at a future date.

2.2. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled, and any deposit or payment taken will be refunded.

2.3. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund and Withdrawal Policy, including your right of withdrawal if you are a consumer in the European Union.

2.4. Estimated availability dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed, and you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.

 

3. Changes to this policy

3.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website.
