Each month the subscription sends you a set picked at random from the 24builds® catalogue: any model up to 2,500 pieces, and never the same model twice. It arrives complete, exactly as it would if you bought it on its own, with every piece sorted in numbered bags, a printed manual, sticker sheets and extra detail parts, plus the lights or remote control when that set includes them. You are billed on the day you subscribe and then every month, with an email reminder before each renewal and no minimum term.

When am I charged?
When you check out, and then on the same day each month. We email you a reminder before every renewal charge, so you have time to change or cancel.

How much is shipping?

Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel from the subscriptions section of your account or from the link in your order confirmation email.
A set that has already been prepared or shipped can't be stopped, but you can return it under our refund policy.

Will I get the same model twice?
No. Every delivery is a different model, so you won't receive the same set twice.

Any model in the 24builds® catalogue up to 2,500 pieces, from any category. When the set comes with lights or remote control, they are included.

Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. Billing, changes and cancellation stay with your account.

What if a piece is missing or damaged?
Write to us with your order number and photos. We send missing pieces free of charge and replace damaged or defective parts at no extra cost.
