DMCA Protection and Enforcement Policy

1. Our intellectual property

24builds designs, building instructions, photography, videos, website content, and original artwork are owned by 24builds (GABRIELBARQUIN OÜ), our partner designers, or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This policy applies to these protected works. It does not extend to third-party trademarks or designs that may be referenced descriptively, which remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Zero tolerance for unauthorized use

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of our protected works. This includes, without limitation, copying or redistributing our building instructions, product designs, photographs, or videos on websites, marketplaces, forums, social media, file-sharing services, or any other digital or physical platform. Any such use without our express written permission is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

3. Enforcement

We actively monitor for infringement and unauthorized redistribution of our works. Where we identify a violation, we reserve the right to take any action available to us, including but not limited to: issuing DMCA takedown notices to platforms and hosting providers, submitting infringement reports to marketplaces, sending cease and desist demands, and pursuing all available legal remedies. Repeat and large-scale infringers will be prioritized for the fullest enforcement available, including claims for financial damages, legal costs, and injunctive relief. We treat the protection of our work, and that of our designers and licensors, as a serious matter and will act decisively to defend it.

4. Reporting infringement to us

If you believe content on our store infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@24builds.com containing the following:

Your name, address, and contact details.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the party who posted it.

5. Counter-notice

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to info@24builds.com containing:

Your name, address, and contact details.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts, and your agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, unless the original complainant pursues a legal remedy.

6. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access, accounts, or business relationships with any party who repeatedly infringes our intellectual property or that of others.
