Description

Ducktail. Flat six. Gold on black.

The officially licensed RUF GT at 1:10 scale, in black with twin gold stripes, assembled from 1,654 pieces and measuring 45 cm long. Under the engine lid sits a boxer engine with six rotating pistons, and the doors, bonnet and engine bay open to reveal a detailed interior with a working steering wheel. Front and rear suspension, front LED lights and a ducktail spoiler complete the car, available as a static display model or with the remote-control upgrade for drive and steering.

Open the engine lid to six moving pistons

The officially licensed RUF GT at 1:10, in black with twin gold stripes, 45 cm long. Under the engine lid sits a boxer engine with six rotating pistons, the doors and bonnet open too, and the cabin has a working steering wheel. Front and rear suspension, front LED lights and a ducktail spoiler complete it, static or with remote-control drive and steering. Plan on 8 to 13 hours.

Six-cylinder boxer

Six pistons rotate in the boxer engine under the lid.

Opening doors and bonnet

Doors, bonnet and engine bay all open on the black body.

Remote-control upgrade

Twin gold stripes

Twin gold stripes run over the black bonnet and roof, between round headlights and a wide black front splitter.

Ducktail and twin exits

A ducktail spoiler sits above the red tail lights, with twin round exhaust tips set into the black rear diffuser.

Low, wide profile

In profile the sloping roofline drops onto wide rear arches, while the doors, bonnet and engine lid all open.

This was a very interesting build and the finished model is awesome. The detail is very good with the working front wheels, front hood opening, and the rear engine compartment. This is the only thing that you really need to pay attention to when you are building this unique car. The rear axel assembly needs to be built just like the instructions say. Make sure you put the gears in the position of the instructions because if they are not in the right position the rear wheels will not turn like they are supposed to do. I did this and had to rebuild the car from the beginning because you cannot take apart the rear part of the car and access the engine compartment. There are very few stickers which is nice and there are some steps that you just need to take your time and make sure you follow the instructions. Overall it's a nice addition to my collection.

This is really amazing, I just love it!!! But, it took six weeks before it was delivered, unacceptable 👎🏻 otherwise I would have gave 5 stars…
